Placing Your Order
Is it safe to order over the internet?
Yes, GO!PETDESIGN uses PayPal's secure payment
system to process your order. If you would prefer
to order by phone, please contact us with your
credit card on hand.
Can I Buy Your Products In A Store?
We are more then happy to place our product in
stores around the world. Please take a look at
our where to buy page, to find someone close-by.
If you are interested in becoming a distributor
or reseller, please contact us.
Shipping Your
Order
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
WIthin the continental US, standard UPS ground
charges will apply. All other items are shipped
by weight by the UPS.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. of coarse! Any taxes or duties on international
orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
After I place my order, when will it ship?
All in-stock orders are sent out within 1-2 business
days
Warranty
Each eiCrate is a unique, individually handcrafted
piece of art; shape, colors and finish vary from
piece to piece.
All products made by GO!PETDESIGN carry a Limited
6 Month Warranty. All of our products are manufactured
under the highest standards and are warranted to
be free from material and workmanship defects for
6 Months from the date of purchase or as long as
the original Purchaser owns the product (proof
of purchase is required), whichever is shorter.
This limited warranty covers defects encountered
in the normal use of the product and does not apply
if the product is damaged due to physical abuse,
mishandling, accident, use during competition,
animal attack, or negligence, or if the product
is altered or modified by the purchaser in any
way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown
of materials, seams or components which may occur
after extended use of the product. This warranty
only applies to defects that impact the performance
of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to
normal "wear and tear" of the product.
If the product is found to be defective, GO!PETDESIGN's
only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive
remedy is the repair or replacement of the product
with the same or comparable product.
GO!PETDESIGN
shall have no liability or responsibility to the
Purchaser or any other person for any special,
incidental or consequential losses or damages caused
or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly
by the product.
Except for the express warranty stated above, GO!PETDESIGN
makes no other warranties with respect to the product,
expressed or implied. We reserve the right to make
changes in design, materials and specifications
without prior notice.
All returns must be sent to GO!PETDESIGN at the
Purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be
defective will be repaired or replaced, at our
option. If we receive a product that is not covered
under this warranty, we will contact the sender
and advise of appropriate repair charges.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may have other rights that vary from state
to state..

eiCrate
Will my dog fit in the eiCrate?
As long as your dog is 14 inches or shorter, isn't
longer then 30 inches and in-between 4-40 lbs,
then s/he should have no problem! Please check
out our crate training tips for more information
on successful crate training.
Can I fit more then one dog in my crate?
Certainly, as long as they both have ample room
to move about and play.
Can My Cat have an eiCrate?
Yes. Your cat should be able to move freely in
and out of the eiCrate . If you plan on crating
the cat then s/he should have all of the necessaries
(water, food, litter box) for extended lengths
of time.
I need a new liner. where can i get one?
You can purchase the liner directly from us, or
the store which you purchased your eiCrate.

We do not share your personal information with
other third parties.

Information Collection
We request information from the user on our order
form. A user must provide contact information (
name, email, and shipping address) and financial
information ( credit card number, expiration date).
This information is used for billing purposes and
to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing
an order, the information is used to contact the
user. We are the sole owners to this info( LEGAL
DISCLAIMER: we will make every effort to preserve
user privacy. However, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law and is
necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding,
